Whooo!

Yay Spring!!! ALMOST DONE! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY. I'm sick. The lab has been pretty quiet today. I'm just sitting here admiring the awesome new sign we have in the lab. This quarter is gonna look pretty busy. HEY SOME ACTION HERE IN THE LAB! Molly Morrison is showing her class how to check out the labs and CD ROM. That's a good idea! ha... ummm. Fun times here in the lab. *ponders* We need more colorful signs here in the lab. ^_^ More may pop up by the end of this quarter. :D Catch you all later!

Time for a new quarter!

Happy first day of Spring Quarter! I was lucky enough to be here at 8am this morning (Thanks Wendy!). Not much happened. I sat around....answered the phone a couple of times then did a crossword puzzle with Jeff. Ahhh, life at the LRC. Only an hour and a half to go then it's off to class (w00t!).

(Then I'll be back at the LRC later this afternoon, so all is well.)

Evals

I have evaluations coming out of my ears!!!! I just love this time of year. This is supposed to be break week.....why don't we get a break? Oh well....almost lunch time.

Long Long Day

Well, it's 3:20 and I am bored to tears! There is no one around! I did take advantage of the quiet and finish my internship paper.....yeah me! I am fighting with a company to get an invoice right now. This is the third day in a row that I have called them and they say they are faxing it. I guess I will just call every day or even twice a day until they actually do it. How hard can it be????? Just do your job already! GEESH!!! OK, one more hour and I'm out for the weekend. Back on Monday....woohoo!

Lonely Day

It is like a ghost town here today! No Jeff, No Jorg, and Alysia hasn't show up yet! David and Pradeep manning the lab today. I'm lonely!!! Guess I should be getting lots of work done today, hmmmmmm. Maybe. I have to work a fish fry tonight, so saving some of my energy. hehehe. I hope everyone is enjoying their time AWAY!!!!! Don't worry about me. The building is still standing and I'm still here....for now.

I have yet to start my 10 page paper that is due tomorrow at 5 p.m. In case you were wondering, the time now is 10:39 p.m. and by the time I am done writing this blog, one to two minutes will have passed, especially since I misspelled "passed" and had to backspace and retype.

I made my own portal page for my oak webspace! I'm quite proud of it! Took me forever to figure out how to get the picture to change. Jeff helped me out a good bit with figuring it out. The code we were using at first didn't want to work so Jeff gave me a new one.

Seriously now, we are looking for jobs. If you know of any let us know. If you are an employer I promise that you would not regret hiring us. We are the best employees any one could ever ask for. Not only do we know how to work, but we know how to set around and not work too. Theres something you cant find in many people today. Usually one or the other but not both. Just eating lunch. Not much else going on. It is raining yippieeeeeeee. If we ever get pur flip videos we will start puttin videos on this blog. It will be so great. I cannot multi task very well, so im gonna finish lunch.

Well, this is my first blog for the day. Probably wont be as many today but there should be a few more. Right now I am just starting to drink my coffee I made at 6:30 this morning. Its a little cold. But hey coffee doesnt taste good anyway so its no worse when its cold. I didnt quite beat mario galaxy. Actually
I only got 1 star. I was so close to 2 stars, actually my wife was really close to getting the second one but she fell off on our journey to get the last purple coin in the mission. Then we gave up. Theres always tomorrow.

Well, as you can see Jeff is slacking on the blogging today! But, that's because his little daughter, Hannah, is here visiting us for a little while. She is just cute as a button. We'll try to snap a picture of here in just a little bit. They went out visiting, but should be back soon.

I noticed that I'm in the lab a lot anymore. I think I'm in here more off the clock, than I am clocked in.

More Lunch

Soooooo I just got a piece of pizza from Baker. I knew it was an old piece of pizza cause you can just tell it has been setting there by itself for a little while. But generally reheated pizza is good. Not this time. It tastes not so great. But Hey, Im hungry so Im gonna eat it anyway.

Lunch was amazing! Now I am still hungry. But I have no food left. Dont know what to do about it. Guess I need to find something else.

Amazing things

I just discovered the most amazing thing since sliced pickles on oatmeal toast. Lean Pockets now has a crisper sleeve thingy that when you are done heating it, you fold the bottom together and it becomes a carrier. AWESsssssOMEEEeeeee. Time to eat, blog again in a few minutes.

This is what I have done in the past hour. And It is all I will do for the next hour. Except for getting ready to eat lunch. I will be intercepting Katies Jimmy Johns. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Katie decided she would order lunch today on this wonderful monday morning. Even though she knew I was starving she didnt ask if I would like to have something from Jimmy Johns. Ah, Jeffrey figured it out and I can now blog, too! How exciting is that!!! Well, we have decided the new iMovie is AWFUL!! They took out all the wonderful things that iMovie had. So, we have decided to use the old. Next on our list, video blogging!!!! WOOHOO!!!!

Day 1 Hour 3

This is the third hour of the day. Still nothing going on. Just getting a little hungry. Ok, really hungry. I did just learn some interesting news but not something im going to share.
iMovie 08 is not turning out to be such a great app. It looks wonderful but has limited or no connectivity, i mean functionality. Anywho, I am out of coffee and looking forward to lunch. Post again in a little bit.

Day 1 Hour 2

This is the second hour of the day. Not much going on. Just set up a faculty computer to print to one of the network printers in one of the rooms in one of the buildings at one of the universities in one of the states on one of the contenents on one of the planets in one of the galaxies in the universe.
Speaking of galaxies, i just beat mario galaxy on the Nintendo Wii yesterday. I havent got all the stars yet but I am now working on the purple coment missions. Ill keep yall posted on that too. Check back at 10:00 am for another post. See ya.

This is day one of finals week 2007/2008. There isnt much going on right now but it is only 8:30 am. Ill post as the day progresses and we will see if anything exciting happens.
